	Lacock and Lacock Abbey Lacock, Wiltshire. Monday 20 August, 2007 Lacock Abbey is a National Trust property, and this photograph and others in its grounds were taken on an amateur basis. These images are still copyright, but unlike others on this site they are not available for reproduction. When I photographed this over 20 years ago, my caption was 'Fox Talbot's developing tank' It is rather older. This room was used as the classroom in some film or other about a Harry Potter.
	Left: light in a dark storeroom Right: I assume these are Talbots on the roof.

	The octagonal tower was added by Sir William Sharington around 1540, along with the more domestic stable and brewery and the fancy chimneys.
