Canadian Tar Sands Oily-Olympics

Trafalgar Square, London. Saturday 13 Feb 2010

  Along with a giant screen
 
  Meanwhile, in front of Canada House, some real races were taking place,
 
Protesting at the race for dirty oil in Canada by leading oil interests 
 
  We had the Canadian Tar Sands Oilympics
 
 
        
Contestants were preparing for the events, watched by a couple of penguins who were very lost! But had a copy of an interesting report on the Tar Sands
     
 

  
     


Our police seldom have the chance to talk with penguins
