 Heygate Regeneration Scheme. Many of those who lived there (and the very few who still do) would love to see regeneration rather than demolition

This looks like the results of a project with some disturbed people on the estate 

which has been made use of for some pretty odd things,
including much film-making, particularly since most of the residents were evicted
