9/11 Anniversary - EDL & MAC

 Wnen the MAC arrived, police made photographers move back, at first just a yard or so, but soon too far away

 to get a decent picture. This was taken between the heads of two staggered lines of police.

 Unfortunately a shutter malfunction meant that my better pictures from the first minute or two were unusable

 

 

 

 

 

 
 
      
A few minutes after the MAC arrived and started their industially amplified speeches and chanting, the EDL began to fade away 

They were so far away from the MAC they could hardly be heard even in the few quiet moments 

 
Nothing of interest was happening, the MAC were making a painful lot of noise
and there seemed to be little chance of anyone without a 500mm lens
getting any worthwhile pictures so I went home
