	One of the drivers had already received the detailed instructions - over 50 pages - from TfL and gave his opinion of it
	Police decided to block traffic from going around Parliament Square, directing the taxis past parliament towards Millbank traffic wasn't moving at all towards Victoria St and was stationary on 3 sides of the square Cromwell looks donw on his army Drivers who had been directed away from the square were returning After a little over an hour blocking traffic the protesters decided to go
