Anthony Grainger was killed by Greater Manchester Police in 2012. A gagging order prevented this man from speaking Jason Thompson hanged himself in HMP Swansea in 2004. He was 26, Stephanie Lightfoot-Bennet, twin sister of Leon Patterson killed in a Stockport police cell in 1992 Ajibola Lewis, the mother of Olaseni Lewis
