	A protester uses his phone to photograph one of the bellyhangers One campaigner described what it was like before Spain legalised abortion, and thousands of Spanish women travelled to London each year for abortions; some were operated on by ill-trained illegal abortionists and many suffered from this, and some died. People put their bellyhangers and messages into a box to be taken to the Spanish Embassy
