Druids celebrate the Spring Equinox

Tower Hill, London. Thu 20 Mar 2014

Druids process out to Tower Hill

At the read of the procession came the leading druids and the druid banners

The lady (representing the Earth Godess Ceredwin) came with her two attendants carrying a plate of seeds

 and a horn of cider

And form into a circle - the key points of this had been marked with chalk earlier

The druids enter throught a gateway of druids, but the Lady and her attendants must wait outside

The standard bearers are also outside the circle, behind the leading druids

A druid who has carried a telescopic horn opens it out and goes to the centre

and sounds the horn to the four compass points

The sword bearer gets ready
