 Bust of Violette Szabo, 1921 - 1945, on monument to SOE, the Maquis and the Norwegian resistance commandos, heroes of Telemark.
Szabo, posthumously awarded the George Cross and the Croix de Guerre, was one of the 117 of SOE 470 agents sent to France who did not survive
      
 Sculptor: Karen Newman. Unveiled in 2009. A few yards further upstream is the Lambeth Millennium Tree, an evergreen Holm Oak planted in 1999.
