Class War's Christmas Card for Westbrook Partners

Before handing it to a representative from Westbrook who agreed to being photographed. 
 
A few days later Westbrook sold their interest in the New Era estate to the Dolphin Square Foundation and the
New Era tenants were saved from eviction. Although rents will be frozen for a short period, tenants will still see
them rising in the longer term, though not to the levels that Westbrook envisaged - and they may remain
affordable for some - but not all -of the present tenants.

The fight by the New Era tenants has been succesful for the moment, because of the support it has received
from many people and groups, including Class War.
