Bloody Murder at Ripper 'museum'

Cable St, London. Sat 5 Dec 2012

Class War unroll the Womens Death Brigade banner as they approach the museum

Jane Nicholl waves her grandson's plastic cutlass (or scimitar?) at the Ripper 'museum'

Police guard the 'musuem' as Class War arrive with their banner

Jane Nicholl recognises the man behind the desk inside as Julian Pino, Mark Palmer-Edgecumbe's partner

though she doesn't quite get his name right!

Julian Pino in '15' top with another man inside the shop. The mugs at left have the silhouette of a cleaerly upper
class man in a top hat cloak and cane as the Ripper, and a pool of blood.

Murray from Class War holds the 'guy' with the mask of shop owner Mark Palmer-Edgecumbe and plays kazoo

Jane speaks her mind about the tacky tourist attraction

The Lucy Parsons banner. The Ripper attacks were by an upper class man on working working-class women

Black plastic bags on the Palmer-Edgecumbe 'guy' contain fake blook

Jane grabs the arm of the Palmer-Edgecumbe 'guy' as Lucy Parsons looks on from the banner

and she starts to slash

Even wielded with considerable vigour, a plastic sword is not too effective a weapon

but Jane manages to pierce the bags containing fake blood

but the Palmer-Edgecumbe 'guy' doesn't look bloody enough,

and there was almost none on the pavement so more was needed - and poured on

splattering nicely - and on my trousers as well as I took these pictures
