Al Quds Day March

London. Sun 3 Jul 2016

It was time for the march to set off for the US Embassy

Michel Warschawski - Israeli Anti-Zionist Activist

Neturei Karta Orthodox Jews who reject Zionism and the Israeli state

And finallly they began to march - with Michel Warschawski at the right of the picture

The march went past the BBC, who I think as usual ignored it. We seldom see proper coverage of UK protests

which the BBC think are not news. A handful of protesters with Israeli flags shouted at them from across the

street, but marchers were told to ignore them, and police stopped them approaching closer. One or two turned up

again as the march reached Oxford Circus, and they came back to shout at the march later in Mayfair

Two of the half dozen or so Hizbullah flags on the march. It it the flag of the Lebanese political party (which is not
proscribed in the UK) and also of its military wing, which is listed as a terrorist organisation.

The march turned down New Bond St into Mayfair

A woman came out of a shop to shout insults at the march. Stewards kept people back to protect her

and the march continued without a pause
