Tottenham remembers Mark Duggan

 Broadwater farm was an experimental high density estate built in the late 1960s and allowed to deteriorate for

 many years, becoming notorious in the 1985 riots. Because of flood risk (from the Moselle) there was no housing at ground level, and a series of
      
 isolated walkways at first floor level connected the buildings. There were over a thousand flats housing around 3-4,000 people.

 in Wood Green. Police confirmed he was not on any lists of known gang members but say he was taking part
in a plot to release a man from a prison van. Five men including two in the same car as Baker have been convicted for their part in the plot
