	A cleaner holds a UVW poster 'No Longer Invisible' Most of the seats in the lecture theatre were full and people were standing at the back Petros Elia persuades one of the cleaners that he should speak and introduces the meeting while the cleaner makes a few notes A group who are taking a new equality post-grad course at the LSE put up their hands One of the cleaners makes some points about how they are badly treated by Noonan and the LSE They have been told not to use the canteen and that they cannot use the lifts to take their heavy equipment between floors They often have to work without proper protective gear and are benerally badly treated and overworked
	Many of the cleaners had their own stories to tell and did so with great dignity and eloquence The audience applauds
