Cleaners protest at HSBC

Canary Wharf, London. Tue 17 May 2017

CAIWU cleaners arrive and get themselves organised for the protest

Many workers in the area were out on the street for their lunch and took leaflets

Alberto Durango speaks to let everyone know why they are protesting. A crowd behind him takes photos on their phones

In between speaking the cleaners shout against the HSBC cuts and blow whistles

 'Respect the Workers'

'We are not the dirt WE CLEAN'

People watched from inside the HSBC

Alberto Durango warns HSBC that they will come back and protest until the dispute is settled

The protesters pose for the local newspaper reporter
