Duke's Court was a block of expensive private flats in Holland Park
- next to the park
but the residents were forced ot leave when the Candy brothers decided
to redevelop the wite as four villa for billionaires
Ian Bone of Class War reads a notice about the site
along with others from Class War. They note that one of the addresses
for the site is in the Channel Islands. A tax haven.

Ian Bone speaks, talking about his experiences of living in Grenfell
Tower and the actions of the council-owned TMO
which made it a disaster in waiting as well as the failure of Kensington
& Chelsea to respond to the tragedy and
the welfare of those who had been affected by it, both those survivors
from Grenfell and those in adjacent properties
who had had to move out of their homes.
