Vigil for Daphne Caruana Galizia

Malta House, Piccadilly, London. Thu 2 Nov 2017

 

 The protest took place outside Malta House, the embassy on Piccadilly
 

 Index on Censorship posters call for Justice for Caruana Galizia and for an end to impunity for her murderers

 

 English Pen also had posters calling for #NoImpunity

 Flowers were handed out to those taking part

 

 

 A second row of protesters stood on the pavement edge so that people could continue to walk past

  Daphne Caruana Galizia was killed because she was good at her job, uncovering corruption and other things

 that people wanted to keep quiet. She exposed tax cheating in the Panama Papers and many other things
