 The American Flag as a prison and 'Obam,s We tortured some folks. He cut down the numbers but failed to meet his promise to close Guantanamo'

 Among those release by Obama was the last British prisoner, Shaker Aamer

 Convention on Human RIghts, "No One shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile".

 Many at Guantanamo spent long periods in manacles

 

 Most of those left are being held without charge or trial in indefinite detention

 Val Brown reads the names of the 42 who remain in Guantanamo, some in terrible health because of their torture
