Bus Day of Action for disabled

Dept of Transport, London. Fri 18th Jan 2019

A group of wheelchair users have problems with their travel and arrive over half an hour late for the protest

'Fed Up Being Refused Entry To Buses'

'Protect the Priority Space in Law'

'Equal Humans Demanding Our #Right to Ride'

The group pose for photographs. The protest was organised by 'Transport for All' and took place on the

second anniversary of a High Court ruling that wheelchairs had priority in the wheelchair space and drivers and

any other staff on buses have a duty to see that they get it.

'We have a right to Ride' 'We want to travel like Everyone Else!'

'Today, disabled and older Londoners are being denied Equal Access to Buses'
