UK Uncut Art Protest

Westminster Bridge, London. Sat 30 May 2015

the protest was a mystery one - meet at Waterloo station to go to an undisclosed location for some direct action

Among the protesters were Sisters Uncut

Rich get Richer, Poor Get Poor - Osborne and Cameron's project

'The Health of the people shall be the whole of the law' sounds like a quote, but I don't think it is

'I like evidence with my drugs policy'. Government policy takes pains to avoid the evidence on drugs

A police liaison officer tries to get some information but with little success

The UK Uncut sign that people will follw when it starts to move

and it leads us off across York Rd

and towards Waterloo Bridge

'F**k off back to Eton'

Many are disappointed to find the protest is only going to Waterloo Bridge

where some plastic sheeting and a large yellow banner are unrolled

and people begin to paint in the slogan that has been marked out on it
