MfJ 'Set Her Free' protest at Yarl's Wood

Yarl's Wood, nr Bedford. Sat 7 Nov 2015

The front of the march with a couple of police and photographers in front of the MfJ banner

The march stretches out a long way and the back is out of site as it goes down the footpath

'Close Sown Yarl's Wood & All Detention Centres'

The women inside Yarls Wood welcome the protest - some with banners 'We came to seek refuge not to be locked up

We are from torture We need Freedom

 Others wave clothing

The marchers bring some of the banners on to higher ground where women on the upper floors inside can see them

Tony Gard with the MFJ banner

'End Detention Now' 'End Detention Now' 'End Detention Now'

Others hout and wave

Or go to bang or kick the metal fence

which makes a satisfyingly loud sound
