Heathrow flashmob against airport expansion

Heathrow, London. Sat1 Oct 2016



 Some wore face masks because of the pollution caused by air traffic and road traffic bringing fliers to the airport

 

 And one person had brought a mini-banner with the message 'Stay Grounded - no new runways'
    
 A 'Stop Airport Expansion' t-shirt and a protester with a gas mask and the message 'Dying for Clean Air"

 

 Some came to the die-in with the message 'Stop Airport Expansion' inside their suitcases

 

 

 The readings continued

 

 

 

 Behind the die in, a low row of protesters dressed as rich 'frequent flyers' were getting restless at the delay

 

 

 Some of the 'frequent flyers' began to move forward

and make their way to the special check-in desk that had been set up for them
